Whether you're newly trained in EMDR or looking to deepen your work with complex trauma, this is a supportive and collaborative mentorship experience designed to build confidence, strengthen case conceptualization, and help you apply EMDR more effectively in real-world clinical practice.

Who this is for

Therapists ready to grow their EMDR practice.

  • Recently completed EMDR basic training
  • Want to build confidence using EMDR
  • Feel unsure what to do when clients get stuck, shut down, or become overwhelmed
  • Want support with attachment trauma, dissociation, and complex presentations
  • Are seeking EMDRIA consultation hours in a supportive environment

Services offered

Two ways to build your confidence.

One-on-One Consultation

Individualized support tailored to your learning style, clinical cases, and professional growth. These sessions provide space to ask questions, think through stuck points, strengthen your EMDR case conceptualization, and deepen your confidence in applying EMDR with greater flexibility.

Small Group Consultation

A collaborative, intimate learning environment for 3–4 clinicians with plenty of time for discussion, questions, and case consultation. Small groups are designed to offer meaningful support, shared learning, and thoughtful discussion without feeling rushed or impersonal.

Areas of focus

Consultation may include support with:

Building confidence after basic training

Strengthening case conceptualization

Working with attachment and developmental trauma

Understanding protective defenses and dissociation

Managing stuck processing

Moving beyond memorizing the protocol toward clinical flexibility

What makes this different

A mentorship built on warmth and depth.

Small, intimate learning environments

Groups of just 3–4 clinicians, with plenty of time for discussion, questions, and case consultation.

Warm, nonjudgmental support

A safe space to ask questions and think through stuck points without feeling rushed or impersonal.

Practical, immediately applicable

Guidance you can take straight into your next session — not theory, but real-world clinical flexibility.
